These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of salesfundas.com (the “Site”) and any consulting, fractional sales leadership, corporate sales training, or sales audit services (“Services”) provided by Sales Fundas, led by Jayant Kelkar, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We provide B2B sales consulting services, including but not limited to Fractional Sales Director engagements, B2B startup sales consulting, corporate sales training programmes, and paid Sales Audits. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed separately in writing (proposal, statement of work, or invoice) before work begins. Pricing shown on the Site is indicative (“starting from”) and the final quote is confirmed after an initial discussion of your specific requirements.

2. Website Use

You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, downloadable guides, and the “Sales Fundas” name and branding — is the property of Sales Fundas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

4. Engagement, Payment, and Refunds

Paid engagements (including the Sales Audit) begin only after payment is received and/or a signed agreement is in place, as applicable to that engagement.
Fees, invoicing schedule, and payment terms are set out in the proposal or invoice for your specific engagement.
Where a fee-credit is offered (for example, the Sales Audit fee being credited toward a future engagement), the terms of that credit will be confirmed in writing at the time of purchase.
Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis as agreed in your specific service agreement; please refer to the terms confirmed with you at the time of purchase, or contact us directly.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our Services effectively, we may rely on information, access, and timely cooperation from you or your team (for example, sales data, CRM access, or stakeholder availability). Delays in providing this may affect our ability to meet agreed timelines, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by incomplete or delayed information from your side.

6. Confidentiality

We treat information shared with us in the course of an engagement as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We may ask you to agree to a separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement for certain engagements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales Fundas and Jayant Kelkar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our Services, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement in accordance with the notice period agreed in that engagement’s proposal or agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
